As an experienced member of the Bar and a Practicing Barrister, Ian is highly effective in public speaking and advocacy. With a natural ability to entertain he has developed a punchy style that combines finesse with a sharp wit that is both timely and topical. This relaxed style of presentation has enthralled, entertained and informed numerous audiences in a variety of settings.

Ian uses his experience gained in legal practice and presenting cases throughout the UK to analyse and unravel the evidence in a way which audiences will appreciate and understand.

As an active member of classic societies such as the Carlton Club, London Burns Club and Kirkconnel Heritage Society, linked to an interesting recreational and social life, Ian has become an excellent raconteur.
