DAVID MCCADDON    POLICE IT SYSTEMS SPECIALIST



David is a seasoned IT Professional with in excess of 40 years Computing experience, including 30 years as a highly respected specialist in Law Enforcement IT systems worldwide. He designed and developed many Police systems worldwide throughout UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, USA, Hong Kong and Botswana.

Implemented Intelligence Analysis systems throughout the UK prison service and all High Security Prisons.

David worked extensively with many UK and overseas Police forces, including the Metropolitan Police, on a large number of high profile murder and serious Crime investigations. His work on the serial murder investigation “The Bedfordshire Fox” resulted in his team receiving a commendation from the Chief Constable at Bedfordshire Police in 1984.

He received a commendation from Western Australia Police for his technical consultancy and assistance on Operation Macro – a high profile serial murder investigation between 1998 and 2000. Formed Force Information Systems Ltd in 1988 which specialise in the design and development of Police Investigation Systems.

David continues to lead DMAC Consulting Ltd as their principal Criminal Justice consultant.
