A former Detective Chief Superintendent with a distinguished police career spanning over 30 years. Successfully investigated several high profile murders, serious and organised crime and police corruption. Awarded the Queen’s Commendation by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth for Brave Conduct. Also awarded a Certificate of Protection of Life from Fire when he rescued a baby from a blazing house. He has received national and international acclaim for an innovative way to tackle Serious and Organised Crime. He is an advisor to the UK Government on Ending Gang and Youth violence.
